My art
I come from a family of artists in Berlin and started drawing and painting when I was a child. As part of my art and design degree, I then focused on various painting techniques and developed my own style. Since then, I have been exploring different techniques and materials.
In my paintings I also use my self-made colours and natural earth pigments from the island of Gotland.
I mostly paint in nature on the Gotland coast, where I find my inspiration.

Another of my passions is patterns and textures.
I develop trends for fashion and interiors and specialise in creating unique, innovative designs for international clients.
The magnificent landscape of the island of Gotland, the light on the water, the rocky coasts, the midnight sun and the distinctive flora are some of my sources of inspiration. However, it can also be a good novel, a lavish period film or the subtle tones of a musical composition that inspire me to create my trend collections.

Scandinavian design is fascinatingly beautiful and inspired me to create the ‘EMPRESS & EMPEROR’ pattern. The stylish pattern design was developed in cooperation with KAHLA Porcelain / Germany.
KAHLA Porcelain is a world-renowned manufactory with a rich tradition and also produces unique collections for hotels and luxury ships.
